Account Settled but shows 12000 and 3000 balance

Good day<br> <br> I had an account I paid badly for Finchoice.<br> <br> I was handed over to Credit works and credit works handed me over to NRB risk Solutions.<br> <br> I paid up the account, but the problem is it was listed twice on the Credit Bureau.<br> <br> I asked for a settlement account I was told it is 8491.30 I paid 8492.<br> <br> but when I called Finchoince they told me I still owe more than 3000.<br> <br> and the second account of the same same account reflects I still owe more than 12000 on the credit burea.<br> <br> This is causing problems now. please investigate
