Account payed up but keep being denied a reloan.

Good day Finchoice, I'm writing this review in regards to how existing clients who have payed up their loans are treated. I had no late payments even payed my account off early, I've inquired since last year if I could get another loan was told my profile on the credit bureau shows I don't have funds that can be allocated to me. 5months later i inquired again was told my credit history does not have any funds available for me, now I ask u one question. If other companies could offer me a loan with my credit history & credit bureau that has no negative listsings. No judgements, accounts are up to date. How does the credit bureau decide if finchoice can give me a loan?? This Is what I find very STRANGE? Your feedback in This regard would be highly appreciated.
