Account paid up but still not closed

I settled my account last year April 2019 and i even received a settlement letter from HAMMOND POLE ATTORNEYS and i have been getting emails demanding payment from SAYA recoveries and i sent them the settlement letter and instead of getting feedback from them but today i receive an sms from MBD that my account has been handed over to them now, and i have been trying to call you on the *** number but it just rings, please sort this out and kindly updated my details on the credit bureau that the account has been paid up on April already
