account paid up but still have arrears

I paid my once off loan I got from Finchoice and to my suprise I have arrears I called them and the lady who answered said she cant go through my account. She promised to come back but nothing. I am called by different agent everyday all of them cant get through my account. MY other problem is that I changed my debit order date but the interest is added on the 15th.
