Account paid up and still showing in my credit score

I had an account with Finchooce that I paid up few month back via SSDA and the account is still showing under my account and they are still calling me to collect I do not understand why is the account not removed under my name as it’s full showing under my credit score and I paid it up this is so stupid please fix this Finchoice

I want the account removed under my name as I paid it up and stop calling me to collect as I have paid up the account
