Account paid please update the Credit bureau

I have paid my account in full and it still show on the Credit Bureau that the account has not been paid,please update your system and credit bureau also as i cant get credit anywhere else because of you guys please assist as soon as possible as i have to get a loan for my kid to pay for his fees before month end, this is making my life a living hell because of you guys
