Account long paid up but still listed on ITC and comfusing reference numbers

<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>I have been listed for 2 accounts under Finchoice, the 2nd one Opened 2014/07/16 account number ********** at opening balance R7900 now its R1196 and when i call customer care for paid up letter they claim they cant see the account but i am listed with the balance of R1196, i requested a paid up letter and they responded with the current reference number of a paid up acount Ref</p> <p> </p> <p>Contract number : ********** (paid up)</p> <p> and the reference number Listed on ITC or Credit bearau Is ********** , i need the matter resolved if i have to pay Give me the details . i have called for the paid up letter so mannier times as i tried to resolve the matter but no help, and i keep being refered to the legal department all the tell me an update takes 48 working days but the account has long been paid, i was never called for the account than i am behind or i have to pay and they have debited it in my bank account themselves , i feel helpless, as i tried to call in to resolve the matter before writting the issue again</p> <p>please help</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards</p>
