Account Handover

Good Morning<br> <br> Please be advised I received a letter from Fin Choice Notice for Legal Handover. Advising me to contact them me to contact them to restructure the loan if I cannot meet payment.<br> <br> The letter is dated 08/02/2016 and I only received the letter 14/03/2016. I am shocked when I called them 14/03/2016 they advised me they cannot help me the account has been handed over. How is this even possible when I received this letter 6 weeks later. Also previously I did speak to them to restructure as I am unable to meet payment they said it is not possible. Thereafter I did not receive any communications from them regarding the account and now they handed me over. This is no fair, I did advised them to add the outstanding balance to my 24 months loan and will pay the instalment, but I was refused. <br> <br> This is definitely against the Consumer Protection Act Of: . Your right to obtain notice for certain terms and conditions, no one even advised me accordingly no calls , letters or messages. <br> <br> The lady from Credit Worx called me advising if I am aware of the hand over. I also escalated the matter to the Consumer protection( OCP). <br> <br> <br> ***-***. <br>
