Account handedover while i made an arrangement

I made an arrangement on my advanced account to pay R300.00 every month due to the reason beyond my control, the arrangement was accepted on the 04th of February, I then received a call from a rude agent saying that the arrangement is not accepted. I spoke to Siphelo - The team leader and I explained my situation arranged to pay R300. and ask him to transfer all the R300.00 that I paid to my advanced account, that was done and Sorted. To my surprise I received an sms from credit worx to call them urgently, I called them and I was told that my account is handed over to them.<br> <br> I then call fin choice and spoke to Siphelo who confirmed the handover. I want my account to go back to Finchoice as I made an arrangement with them reasons being 1. I made an arrangement with them and by law my account will never be handed over if I made an arrangement., The National Credit Act and The Consumer Protection act state that \if a consumer has any problems repaying their debts, the first thing to do is to contact the creditors immediately. If they do not make an alternative an alternative payment arrangement with the creditor,the creditor can hand over the account to debt collector or a lawyer"
