Absolutely Pathetic Customer Service at Finchoice!!

Customer Service at Finchoice is absolutely **********! When they had an issue with their debit orders, collections called to ask me to make payment, I asked for the bank details, and had to email them twice and take a ****py phone call before any details were sent... 2 weeks! After that I enquired why my account still shows arrears when it was paid. 3 weeks and 3 emails later and no response at all. I used to be happy with Finchoice, but after this real **** experience with their customer service, I would never ever recommend them to anyone ever again!
