Absolutely PATHETIC

Wow what a joke of a company. Every time you call these people then they are ALWAYS busy and no consultants available to take calls especially when you contact the debt review department.

I made a payment of my two accounts on the 16th of May and sent numerous emails of the proof of payment. I have found out that the funds have STILL not been allocated to my profile and that the amount owing has increased which is extremely ridiculous because I paid the amount that was told to me in March already! I need my profile to be cleared so I can get my paid up letter to be removed from debt review. I NEED this to get sorted out as in NOW because I am sick and tired of calling and speaking to extremely *********** consultants. I am ready to go to the ombudsman because I have just had it with this company.
