Absolutely disgusting service

I'm so disgusted with finchoice. I asked to speak to a manager and get told I must e mail to speak to a manager. I called in after receiving my statement which says that they will debit my account earlier and I don't get paid earlier in december. The agent was so unsympathetic and said well there was an sms sent and I said I didn't get it that's why I'm calling today when I got statement and read that yourll will debit earlier. When I asked to speak to a manager she told me I must e mail info@fincoice. Is this legal for them to debit my account when that is not my debit order date.
