A nightmare compaany to deal with.

i am currently under debt review, of which the account was added. i later paid up everything owed to them, to get a paid up letter has been my fight since last year october 2025 till today, terrible communication terrible customer service, terrible everything, you call them they tell you you need to call another company, and you call the other company they tell you that you are still owing them. do not go into debt review with an account from finchoice its a nightmare to deal with them.
