2nd Unauthorized Debit Order
It is the 2nd time this year that Finchoice debits my account before the agreed debit date as stated in my contract. Previously, I asked my bank to reverse the debit order. Finchoice phones me on the day my debit order is due telling me my account is in arrears. After explaining what happened they make a so called arrangement and debit my account twice. I then reversed the 2nd payment. Subsequently my statement reflected that I was in arrears and it was recorded as a default on my credit rating. About 2 months has passed and they go do the same thing. Isn't it ******* to debit a person's account without their consent. And lenders must stick to the contract date unless otherwise stipulated by the account holder. I work for a Financial institution and my company will not tolerate me transacting on clients accounts without their written consent.
