24hr process, False Adverti*****t

I app**** for a loan on 11 Feb 2015 and was advised that the loan of R2000 has been approved and it takes up to 24 hours for the funds to be transferred to my account (shown on the website as well), however it is now the 16th Feb 2015 and I am still waiting for the funds. All documentation has been submitted. I have made numerous calls to Finchoice and am being told every time that my application is in progress and is with the back office department. Why does the website show up to 24hrs when it takes longer than that? Surely that is FALES ADVERTI*****T.....
