ECU Express gives your car to Finches without permission

Car is still not working went back 3 times and Finches will not refund me the R6200 they stole from me. Took my money, did not fix my car and won't consider refunding me. They are the most dishonest company. I would not use Finches or ECU Express as they are breaking all the rules.
