*******ion at Finches Motor Centre

Finches Motor Centre are really the worst company. I have had my car serviced at other Bosch Service Centres but Finches is dishonest and not competent. I actually didn't take my car to them. I took it to ECU Express and Finches took my car under false pretences. They pretended to be ECU Express until I got my invoice. I needed an ECU specialist not a mechanic. They took R6200 and had my car on 3 occasions but it still has the same fault. Boitumelo their owner/manager is rude and refuses to refund me. They lack integrity, provide shoddy service and infringe the POPI act. "I will consult my lawyer" was her only response. I want to be refunded.
