Paid to obtain credit report, no credit report received

I paid Fincheck to obtain my Experian credit report. Money has been taken from my credit card, however no credit report has been received. I've emailed the director of Fincheck who rep**** saying I should have received the credit report via email. I've informed him I received nothing, there's nothing in my spam folder, and no report on the Fincheck portal either. The director has not assisted further. I would NOT recommend using this company.
