Worst online website ever

Title: Ordered on 4 Dec — Order Disappeared, Website Gone

Review: I placed an order on 4 December. The company ******* me into placing a second order; I thought it was a further discount, but it ended up creating a new order for the same product and just took my money. The website initially showed continuous shipping progress, tracking the item as delivered into South Africa. After that, all updates stopped. It is now 18 December — 14 days later — and the website no longer exists. They do not reply to emails at all and appear to have a policy of 48 hours (nearly 20 days), which is irrelevant because nothing has been delivered. I have received nothing and cannot contact them.
