Finbar - BE WARNED - WITHOUT PREJUDICE

WITHOUT PREJUDICE I just want to warn any companies or individuals out there that come across a company called Finbar also trading as Finbar Digital, who offer Web Hosting, Web Designs or Online Marketing that you should steer well clear. The sole owner of the company is Daelan Fynn. We paid Finbar for a website in good faith. We then discovered that the company had collected funds from other clients too and that the promised websites etc were not going live. We subsequently discovered there were untold cases against the company and we immediately cancelled and requested a full refund as no work as commenced as we had not supp**** any information etc. To date we have not had any reply or received our monies from the Company. We have discovered that there are numerous other companies that paid a lot more than us and did not receive the services or websites they paid for. We have also discovered that Mr Fynn has not paid his employees and that there are now numerous Writ of Executions that have been issued by the CCMA and are now sitting with the Sherriff. So please be warned that if you are thinking about doing business with this induvial or company that you do so at your own risk. WE HAVE LOST OUR MONEY - BE WARNED.
