Provident fund delay

My money was incorrectly transferred from CellC to dimention data and I wasn't aware of this until I got retrenched. I called Alexander forbes and they advised me that FSB( finacial service board) needs to approve the transfer from dimention data back to CellC, four months later I'm still waiting for my money because according to Alexandre forbes the transfer has not been done. FSB needs to approve the transfer so that I can get my money.
