Pensions not being paid out

The company we worked for closed down in March, we are still waiting for our Pensions to be paid out and the FSB does not respond as to why it is now 6 months and we still do not have anything or a reason why it is taking so long. Some of the people still do not have work so they are depending on this monies to be able to live. Why do we have to get *****ed at every point and turn.
