No response/feedback

I have logged a complaint against my ex-broker for *****. FSB referred me to FAIS Ombud and in early January, they acknowledged that it was *****, but that they couldn't do anything about it and referred me back to the FSB. Now I'm not hearing anything from both of them - no feedback! This guy is getting away with *****, and what is FSB and FAIS doing about it???
