money due to me not transferred back into my acco

Standard bank is owing me money which ATM did not give me on the 26/05/2015. I went into the bank the same day and was told that it will take 7working days for this matter to be resolved. It's the 08/06/2015 today and nothing has happened, I went back to the back again and I am told that it will take 21 days to be resolved. I am sick and tired of being told this and that and extra days to the querry to be resolved. All I want is my money to be transferred to my account and after that I want to close my account.
