L Term Insurance Ombudsman protecting Old Mutual?

OM = Old Mutual PF= Irvin & Johnson Pension Fund<br> In a recent case with the LTIO, Re Old Mutual - I&J - Our ***/XX/5988 - EBC*** - INT***1 the following must to be highlighted. OM **** to the Ombudsman as to how OM converted pensioners from to PF to annuities. OM even quoted from the Pension Fund Act. The Law they quoted from refers to a certificate for the transfer of business from the PF to OM. I later discovered the certificate was in the name of a different FUND, one that most pensioners had originally declined to join. My evidence proved their story was a lie. In addition OM supp**** 2 copies of the Optiplus policy said to belong to the pensioner in the case. The copies were vastly different to the original. Even issued by a different party. When asked, the Ombudsman declined to comment on the policies whether still payable or false copies. OM after changing their entire story, still failed to produced absolutely no physical evidence of how the pensioner agreed to the purchase of a compulsory annuity when all the indications are she had full rights to secure an investment of he of her own free will. The Ombudsman still ruled 3 times against the estate.
