bank account debited with R385. without my consent

Hi,my account was debited on the 01/04/2015 at 19:13 with amount of R385 and I want to know why because when I app**** from Loan finder I was told I didn't qualify, so I don't understand why they go and take money that does not belong to them and I want my money back into my account and I want it as soon as possible please. <br> <br> ML (unhappy)
