Ripp off debt cousillor

I entered into debt review with this company in 2016 and 2 years later found out they were not paying my debts monthly. And taking through small money. I got upset and asked them I'll continue paying on my own cause it's quicker. Got the W17 form that states I still owe. This year the debt cousillor by the name of Edward Eddy Silveira is not replying to issue a ckearacke certificate after I sent him all my paid up letters. Now I don't know what to do. Bad service. Don't use this company. Don't go into debt review period.
