Incorrect results

I wrote RE05 Exams and got results with 2 different codes being RE42 via sms and RE25 on website. I am confused if my exam paper was incorrect. I need to know how or if all these codes means same paper, I I I think it's impossible. Anne Fick is very dismissive instead of giving answers. Can you pls investigate. This is totally unacceptable.
