Financial Mail not delivered

I am a subscriber of the Financial Mail. However, I have received my copies only intermittently during the past year. Several weeks would pass without receiving any copy. Every week I report the matter (telephone and/or email), get an apology, refund and promises. Eventually (14 May 2015) I asked the agent (telephone) and Nompumelelo Stuurman (email) to cancel my subscription and refund me. Nothing has seemingly happened.
