What a sickening experience!!!

I was cold called by a very nice young ladt in Nov 2016, I did not want to go onto debt review but gave her my details she went ahead and put me on, the a few months later I queried after nany calls found their number that is calling transunion, the Ncr and everyone for a few days they assured me the notice on credit record would be removed, did a credit scoring recently and guess what Im still on, why are they purposely messing up my ability to get credit?
