Rude lady at Financial Freedom Solutions and disrepect

I sent the following letter to Financial Freedom Solutions and received a call from a lady by the name Nelisa who told me to go to Hello Peter even to the papers they don't care because they will be famous and she was very rude and also mentioned that they will not assist me with a confirmation letter requested. Just thought I should warn people about the above company.

My name is Jabulani Alfred Langa id number: 670 ********** 082 I would like to request a letter from your institution clarifying that I am not under debt counselling or debt review with Financial Freedom Solutions. I have app**** for debt counselling with your company however it was unsuccessful or the application was not finalised reason being, My wife refused to apply as we are married in community of property therefore the application was cancelled but, when I try to obtain credit it appears that I was placed under debt review by Financial Freedom Solutions.

I would appreciate it if you could send me a confirmation letter as I have tried several times to get assistance from your offices but they keep telling me that I am not on the system as I’ve mentioned that my application was unsuccessful.

Kindly note should I not get feedback in 3 working days regarding my request I will have to take this to Hello Peter to assist.

I would be grateful for your prompt reply. I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible
