FFS refuses to clear my name

I canceled my debt review process Voluntary on February 2018 as I was able to pay my Debtors without the assistance of the debt review company.. I was no longer over indebted... I ask FFS to send me a letter to state that I'm no longer under debt review.. FFS send me a letter stating "non-cooperation" which wasn't true for the mere fact that I canceled the process myself... Now a year and half later my name is still listed as under debt review and FFS refuses to assist me by clearing my name... NO review was done on my profile to show them I'm no longer in need of their services... I need my name to be cleared ASAP...
