DEBT REVIEW COMPANY ****

I had a call from an adviser from this company Last year [2018}. The adviser **** and did not mention anything about charges that I will have to pay. The advisers name that was assisting was Ntombi Agent 8, She never advised that there would be R6000 that I would nee to pay for them to assist with my debt. Everything was processed as if I will not be paying a lot, I only found out at a later stage that there will be 3 months of me not paying anything to the companies that owe and they would take R2000 for the first 3 months and that would be for them, that is not explained on any of the documents that I was sent to go through an sign. I was then advised that the account was forwarded to the portfolio manager named Sybil Daniels. I adviser her that this is not what I had agreed upon and I could just use the amount R6000 to pay off my debt. I advised that I do not want to be part of their company, she requested a letter which did not make sense. This company is a **** and now I do not know how to remove the debt review from my name, I am not using them in any way and I am capable of paying off my debt without their ridiculous charges, I just want them to sort out my credit file. I would never recommend them to anyone who has financial problems, they lie and hide things, they do not communicate and customer services is ****. They would just pro long the period of clearing your debts and just tarnish your name.
