(95% of our clients become debt free within 36-60 months) This is clearly not my mother's case, she signed up for the 36 months program and now that she's asking for statements it's not available neither is the end date of this contract. And a progress report is also not in available. Instead, they are wanting to cancel because they are not able to provide the information she requires. She needs a start date reflecting on her statement and payments made to her creditors to date WHY is that not available to her? And why is communication only available in WhatsApp and why is it from the staff's personal phone and not a company phone, because the consultant dealing with my mother apparently lost her phone and has no record of all the previous conversations? Why is this not on email? What kind of institution is this and how do they get to run a business like this? They are instead rude and arrogant now.
