bad service

<p>Hi my name is thulani I have app**** with this ffs company for a debt review telephonical and they said they will send my application forms so I can sign and send back to them so they can start processing my debts . Unfortunately they never send me any documents but beacuse I gave my account telephonical they started deducting and also the creditors that i was owing also deducted which left me with double payments and zero balance on my account which I didnt know how to survive the month with my family. I I struggle financial how can another service provider debit knowing I still have to pay on my own till my application is finalised . On the 03rd /05/2017 I called them again and asked them to cancell my application and I also made a reversal on the money they debited to survive only then then send me the application forms and i asked that they cancell my application and remove my name on their system but they say i must write a cancellation letter and pay R400.00 for cancellation fee to their account so they can remove me on their system . i dont understand how can i be on the system while they were still waiting for my signed documents to be sent to me and back to them . Please assist me as I wont be able to pay R400.00 after i got bank charges for reversing and also made several calls to them and they still fail to assist me . All I neesed was assistance not to be ********** .</p>
