Unauthorised Credit Enquiry

On the 28th January 2021, I recieved a call from the agents of Financial Debt Advisors. I indicated to the consultant that I am not interested and she should remove my mobile number from their data base. She agreed to my request.

15 minutes later I recieve a notification that my credit profile has been accessed by Financial Debt Advisors :-(. So they decided that they would access my profile without my permission. Now the enquiry is listed on my profile.

The comany consultants now do not want to assist me with removing the enquiry that they have made against my name without permission.
