31 Jul 2024, 10:49The department who answers the phone calls are extremely unprofessional, calls get dropped in your ear, consultants are not helpful and have a poor attitude over the phone, request for call backs but never receive them. This company has honestly been a hassel to deal with, as there service is extremely poor when dealing with clients who phone in.
