06 Sept 2023, 10:58I think I was too quick to rate this company without the matter being resolved. Now my calls are no longer answered. I need a clear explanation why I have to pay such a huge amount in order for me to get a clearance certificate, it was never mentioned to me on Monday with Amanda that I have to pay for it. Then I'm not sure if the lady with email address *** is Babalwa or Paballo but something like that also never mentioned money to be paid, only responded today with an invoice billed to me. Babalwa picked up the call but then hung up on me whilst still talking. On the other hand Amanda never got back to me since Monday if she received my paid up letter or not. Now how am I supposed to get clarity if my calls are not picked up?
