Dear FDLA Advisors,

I am writing to urgently request all proof and documentation that indicates where I agreed to be placed under debt review. As per my previous discussion with your agent, it was made clear that no signed agreement or consent was provided by me to initiate this process. I am extremely concerned about the negligent actions taken by your company in this matter.

The agent who escalated this issue has already acknowledged that I should not have been placed under debt review, yet I am now being asked to pay for its removal. This is unacceptable and disruptive to my life.

I demand immediate resolution of this issue, and I request a manager to contact me as soon as possible to expedite the process. Additionally, I will be reporting this matter to the appropriate consumer protection authorities and will file a complaint on the Consumer Portal as well as on Help Peter.

Failure to resolve this matter promptly will result in further legal action, including approaching the Small Claims Court for damages incurred due to your company's negligence.

Please treat this with the urgency it requires.
