Refund immidiately

I was contacted by the Financial Debt Advisors whom pretended to work for Capitec bank which I owe and it is my bank.They advised that I cancel my Debt review company and they will assist as they were sent by Capetic. My Debt Review company called and advised me and I did cancel them and provided a letter for them to stop the debit via my Debt review whom I trusted from the start. They went on to debit my account without my concern which affected me from paying my rent and not forgetting the rudeness of Chermiane and Amanda whom went as far as dropping the call in my face. I really need my money as when ever I need to speak to the management, they are not available. I am now worried that they are going to put more people in more debt with this regard. Please anyone who can help, I have 4 kids whom are almost thrown out to the streets because of failing to pay rent.Pleae help me as a parent to get my money back as to my own debt review company i already have a legal agreement with also tried contacting them where they only made empty promises.i need my money back as in yesterday.
