Please help my debt inquiries

Good day I have been on the fda for the last 2 months... Since then I'm in more debt than anything...I have to keep wats app messaging them for refunds..the fda deducts and my previous debit orders are deducted how is this helping... After been on the debt advisor it was supposed to be better but its worse..I can not get anything I need because of debt advisor
