NCRDC 2932, Mogammad Lamara-messed up my credit profile

This company has misled me. I needed an advise little did I know they will add debt review status on my ITC profile. When I followed up I was told to send an email t cancellations which I did numerous times after 6 months Im still fighting the same demon. No letter of confirmation was sent to me to confirm removal of that silly listing.
