Monies not been paid over to debtors

I have been trying to get in touch with Fda since 3 weeks ago. Their lines is, always busy. I lost my job and went under debt review. I have been paying them money since October 2021 and up until today they never paid any of my accounts. I can't even arrange payments with my debtors as they first need to cancel my debt review status. Plse can u help, I am desperate as they are *****ing my money each month.
