Failing to pay my car n student loan.

I've been with FDA for like 4 months now, they are not paying my car n student loan... I'm starting to think it's a **** now... When I call, they hang up calls on me, they've been saying they've send an email n they are still waiting for it. Standard Bank Vehicle representative has been calling me threatening to repossess my car, I just got a child... I really can't afford to be in this situation. Please help me, they can just pay what they did not pay, I'll continue paying the car myself afterwards.
