cancelation letter request

<div>good day I would like to share my experience with the above mentioned company, they sold me a dream by promising to help me with my finances and i think they got my contact details from Capitec bank cause they called me right after i spoke to one of the consultent from Capitec , I wanted to re-negotiate my loan payment with the bank cause i felt like i was a loyal customer of more than 8 years and i have never defaulted on my payments , unfortunately the consultent from the bank said I cant re-negotiate my terms of the loan so just after i hanged up the phone someone called me and they offered to help me and they said they work with Capitec so i fell for the trap cause they offered what i was looking for, they said i should send them my ID copy and my wife's ID copy as well and i did send them so they sent me an email with a form attached and i had to fill it and send it back but i deleyed abit cause i could'nt understand it so i went to Capitec to enquire about this Hyphen PDA and they said they dont know them and I'm already blocked and I'm under debt review and that app**** to my wife as well so i did not send back the form to them instead i called them to cancel everything cause i wasnt impressed and they said i should pay a cancelation fee of which i paid but they are refusing to send me the cancelation letter its been more than a year now and i cant do anything cause my name and my wife's name is blacklisted.</div>

I wrote a review recently and Hyphen PDA distanced themselves from the matter stating that work with this other company but they did not specify which company is that until recently when I found the company name which is financial debt advisor FDA, I spoke to one of their consultants and her name is Sindiswa, she said I will receive the letter after 5 working days but I'm still waiting and it's more than 5 days, I asked her to give me the contact details for the cancelation department but she said they don't have a number where you can call them but I can use an email address he gave me the email address and it is not working.

I was on a phone call with this Hyphen PDA and FDA consultant (Bulelwa) earlier today and she told me that she is sending me the letter in question so I waited for the letter to be delivered on my email inbox, I waited for an hour then I called her again and this time she told me that I should wait cause she already sent the letter that's when I decided to give an alternative email address and I'm still waiting after 4 hours or so... And now they don't pick up my calls.

Hyphen PDA and FDA are the most ******* and cruel companies there is and they train their staff to be as evil as possible and they are rotten to the core how come can they live their normal lives while ordinary south Africans are not able to live their normal lives because of them and don't be fooled by all these people who are praising them here cause those are paid influencers, once you see a review that praises these evils just know that they are paid to do so and that is their plan of tempting you to join and you will live next to hell.
