Bad service and a bully

I spoke to a lady who was so rude to me, Tshidi was not helpful and very rude and treated me as if I’m a kid, she kept on repeating the same thing and not understand my query. I asked to speak to a manager and said there are here and does not know where they are. She dropped the call, she than sent me a WhatsApp telling me do I know how old is she, she even sent a message telling me I’m young and if I do not do what she wants, to go throw myself in the bin. What kind of treatment is that? She even sent me a WhatsApp message with laughing emoj’s and kisses saying I must enjoy my weekend. I need this to be escalated to the highest person. I called again to ask for a manager, they said they will call me. I don’t want anyone to be treated like me again. I have logged a complain to the NCR too. I want people to see the WhatsApp that lady sent me. So disgusting behaviour from a financial institution. I have proof of the WhatsApp too.
