Bad service

I'm so disappointed to Hyphen PDA as i was their client for a whole year i just got message from my creditors saying I'm in arrears on my accounts i don't understand how because Hyphen PDA has been deducting everymonth without fail how is possible to be in arrears.... I just want my money back because clearly i was not helped at all
