Good day every one is complaining about the same thing that's how they are they don't respond to email calls and most of the people are under debt review without their knowledge this is not something new its been happening for years now even the ncr is aware and turning a blind eye to this yet the ncr is supposed to protect us I've spoken to the ncr regarding this as well i have all the names of the people that i spoken to

This platform really helps a lot i think FDA changed the staff or something they are now very good and put the customers first thanks for the improvement
