Compaining about the Finance World Company.

I need help about my mothers Old age grant,she is nomore.She had a loan with this company called Finance World.To cut the story short we claimed her death to the company an the company payed the Policy claimings and deducted the money she owed there.Now Sassa has payed the last money because the death was issued on 22 November 22.The owner of the company doesnt want to return the money he says we did *****.Please help us.
