worst service ever

I app**** for a loan they don't even take the time to contact a person just keeps debiting ur bank account I canceled and still debiting ur account. Was told that u can't get. A refund if u did not cancel within 48hrs but how is it that they keep on debiting your account and no one can explain to u why. I have canceled twice now. And funny still no answer on my loan.
